Support data is a great source of information what happend in the Amberg Navigator. Whenever there is an issue with the data, workflow, connectivity etc. it is usefull to collect support data and send it together with the issue description.
How to create support data:
- Log-in to Navigator Tablet with Admin rights.
- Go to Administration
- Click Collect data for support
- Store the *.zip file
- Upload *.zip file to some online storage and send link to Amberg Tunnel support.
